BW series pneumatic actuator is improved on the basis of AW series pneumatic actuator. It has more compact structure and looks better than AW. There are two flying rings at the top of actuator. It can be used to transportation and installation. Special Announcement: These two flying rings will only bear self weight of this actuator. It’s forbidden using flying rings after installation.

 

The inner wall of BW actuator’s integral cylinder is Teflon-painted. It enhanced wear resistant and lubrication. We found out, according to our long-term production practice, that the cylinder and the seal rings between cylinder and pistons are quick-wear part. It’s very inconvenient to replace seal rings when it was bad because of opening the cylinder is necessary. In this series actuator, we use Teflon-painted cylinder. It will increase the flexibility and elongate the life of actuator.

 

BW series actuator includes Double Acting and Single Acting (Spring Return). There are two split cylinders. It’s easy to made large size cylinder body. It could be suite the quarter-turn large size valves.

 

The BW series actuator could output large torque. And the action is flexibility and stable. Inner wall of cylinder and piston are painted hard chrome. So it has high wear resistant. In order to decrease the coefficient of friction and elongate the life of actuator, it coupled with oil-free lubricated shaft among all the slide parts.

 

BW series actuator is more suitable for large size ball valves and butterfly valves due to its U curve characteristic output torque.
